Have any problem for reading malayalam font just download the following fonts and save them in to C:\WINDOWS\Fonts(folder name).

1) Meera_Malayalam Font 1 

2) AnjaliOldLipi_Malayalam Font 2

3) MML Revathy_Malayalam Font 3

Download These Two Font Files and Copy and Paste to Font Folder

Normaly The Font Folder Is Located In The Following Path 'C'--->WINDOWS--->FONTS

Otherwise

Go To START->SETTING -->CONTROL PANNEL-->Switch to classic view-->Font(copy and paste the above downloaded fonts to this 'Font' Folder and Refresh the Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox)
